Studio Anthi can accommodate up to 4 people close to public transportation and shops. It is located in a quiet and safe neighborhood of Gerakas with easy parking and 40m away from the square with restaurants, mini market, etc.It is 500m away from the exit 14 of Attica avenue, 15’ away from the airport, without tolls and 15km away from Athens. You can also explore the nearby exhibition centers.

At the entrance of the studio there is enough space for hanging coats, jackets, as well as for placing your shoes and hand luggage or other items. In the living room there is a comfortable three-seater sofa and a two-seater sofa with a mechanism so that it can be converted intobed and be used as two single beds for the third or fourth guest. Handmade pillows will help you find the most comfortable position.
You will definitely enjoy sleeping in the double bed with the selected mattress as well as the high quality bed linen. In the bedroom there are many lighting options (hidden, LED, spots). The bedroom is framed with many shelves to place your personal belongings. In the closet you will find enough storage space even for long stays. There is an illuminated mirror with auxiliary shelves and a console table that can be used as a desk and other shelves to keep your computer accessories or personal accessories in order. A small chest of drawers in the office space is useful for long-term stays and there is also a hair dryer.
The kitchen is fully equipped with electrical appliances, utensils, kitchenware and some basic products (organic oil, spices, etc.) so you can prepare your meals. The shower area is comfortable and has spaces to place your own personal hygiene products. Basic hygiene items are available.
Studio Anthi features a high-speed Internet with Wifi up to 100 Mbps. On the wall there is the latest 32-inch smart TV.
Safety standards are met, carbon monoxide detector and fire detector, fire extinguisher, safety light, etc.
Thanks to its wall insulation, the good orientation of the building (east-south), its energy-efficient windows and the thermal break in the aluminum, Studio Anthi is able to maintain low temperatures in the summer and to be warm in the winter. However, there is anA/C Inverter A+++ unit and alternatively heating with a radiator (oil) for the winter months. The large capacity, triple energy solar panel is installed on the roof of the house to provide hot water.
In general, an effort has been made to use ecological energy sources. The products available are mostly Greek, organic and home-made.
The garden has many flowers, fruit trees and other plants. The hammock as well as the wooden garden furniture are at your disposal to enjoy notes of nature.
Parking is easy on the street in front of the studio and in the indoor private parking area. The bus stop is about 150m away and the Pallini suburban station is 1800m away, so it is accessible to all means of transport if you do not have a car.
The place is definitely suitable for small families, couples, leisure travelers and single guests looking for discretion in a comfortable, clean, safe and quiet apartment in a neighborhood within the city. The area is ideal for walks and has bike paths. Within walking distance you can walk on a path next to a river with many trees, enjoy the central square of Gerakas with many shops, entertainment venues and restaurants and buy local products.

Parking is easy and safe in front of the house. An indoor parking space is also available upon request.

The rules of Health and Safety & cleanliness are observed. Regarding COVID 19, the premises are thoroughly cleaned and ventilated, disinfected with special cleaners and UV rays.
