Studio Myrto consists of:

• A spacious living room with a three-seater comfortable sofa (with wonderful handmade pillows) that can be converted into a bed.
• A fully-equipped kitchen with all the necessary electrical appliances.
• A bright bedroom with a double bed with a selected mattress as well as high quality bed linen. There is also a bunk for our little friends and not only.
• A comfortable bathroom with several spaces to place your own personal hygiene products. Basic sanitary items are available.

More specifically:

At the entrance of the studio there is a coat rack, jacket, etc., shoe racks and placement of your hand luggage. There is a well-designed space for your computer with free wifi, with shelves to keep your computer accessories and personal belongings in order.High internet speed for speeds up to 100 Mbps is available. On the wall there is the latest 32-inch smart TV.

In the bedroom there are many lighting options (hidden, led, spots). In the wardrobe you will find enough storage areas even for a long stay. There is an illuminated mirror with auxiliary shelves and a wooden surface that can be used as a desk or as aconsole table. A chest of drawers is also useful for a long stay as well as a hair dryer.

The kitchen is fully equipped with electrical appliances, utensils, kitchenware and some basic products, such as organic oil and spices so that you can prepare your own meals. There is a kettle and a coffee maker to prepare the coffee/tea you like. Drawers, shelves and kitchen cabinets are all available for use.

Safety standards are met, monoxide detector and fire safety detector, fire extinguisher, safety light, etc.
Thanks to its wall insulation, the good orientation of the building (east-south), its energy-efficient windows and the thermal break in the aluminum, H2h Myrto house is able to maintain low temperatures during the summer and be warm duringthe winter. However, there is anA/C Inverter A+++ unit and alternatively heating with radiators (oil) for the winter months. Solar high capacity, triple energy, is installed on the roof of the house for continuous hot water supply. In general, an effort has been made to use ecological energy sources. The products available are mostly Greek, organic and home-made.

Myrto’s garden is a perfect place to get in touch with nature.You can admire its garden with the cacti and all the other plants. The trees with the seasonal fruits and vegetables await you to taste them.Relax in the garden swing and enjoy all your meals!

There is a washing machine in a common area and a clothes rack. Drying rack, ironing board, iron etc. are available.

Guest access
The area is ideal for walks and has bicycle paths. Within walking distance you can walk on a path by a river with many trees, enjoy the central square of Gerakas with its shops and entertainment venues and buy products from local shops.

Parking is easy and safe in front of the house. An indoor parking space is also available upon request.
